This is a nice rental space (800 sq feet) perfect for corporate events, presentations, readings, classes or workshops, photo/video shoot, art exhibitions, auditions, also for social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. Some of the features are: a. The space is located in the bronx on a first floor, wheelchair accessible. It can fit up to 70 people. b. Up to 60 chairs included in your rate. c. Up to 11 tables included in your rate. d. Projector and screen available e. Party lights and fixtures (plus a colorful spotlight) f. Speaker with microphone available g. Professional mirrors installed on the walls. h. Small Freezer to keep drinks cool i. Off street parking Set-up and clean-up times must be included in your rental time-slot. The space rental fee is $100 an hour for a minimum of four hours, plus $300 security deposit (Refundable) IMPORTANT: THE PRICE FOR WEEKDAY EVENTS IS ONLY $40/HR, HOWEVER SOME FEATURES HAVE EXTRA FEE.
