The Space

This prime Midtown building oozes sophistication and elegance. Designed in 1901 by famed architects Warren and Wetmore, who also designed Grand Central Station, The Elizabeth Collective is the former home of Hollywood royalty Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. The space is situated in the heart of Midtown's Plaza District, long storied for its world-class restaurants, hotels, and shopping. Our first and second floors are perfect for pop-up events, brand activations, fashion shows, and more. The third and fourth floors are home to a rotating gallery space, where established and emerging artists showcase their work, and our sixth floor is home to a brand new photo studio that can be rented through a membership structure or hourly rate. With a mix of polished concrete, dark hardwood, and marble floors, the only word that can be used to describe the space is "stunning." A marble staircase runs from the ground floor to the top floor, and each story in between has intricate design details and lots of windows. The ceilings are also high, adding tons of natural light and a sense of grandeur to the interior. Centrally located in the heart of Manhattan just three blocks south of Central Park, this space gets tons of foot traffic and is easily accessible, with almost all major Manhattan trains a few blocks away. There is a $200 cleaning fee, and outside of the hours from 9-6 Monday-Friday, $50/hour for security. All renters must obtain a COI. The space must be returned in the same condition, otherwise there will be an additional charge for painting or spackling. Only daily rates are available, which begin at $12,000.
