Hello! i am the co-owner of small fitness studio in the DC area. We have small group classes in the morning and evening during the week and on the weekends, but the space is unused most days and weekend nights. The space is beautiful and would love to see it used more!

The Space

My space has 2 floors with huge windows and hardwood floor throughout. It is located in the heart of one the most hip parts of town surrounded by the hottest nightlife in DC. We have a state of the art sound system, 2 large bathrooms, dimmable lights on the first floor and concert style lighting on the second.
