The Space

Spectacular 2,700 square foot loft in West Oakland, ten minutes from SF. Former copper pipe factory. Hardwood floors, 18' ceilings, exposed brick and wood beams, library ladder, multiple skylights. Minimalist design. Open kitchen. Extensive book collection on library shelves with rolling library ladder. The loft is owned by a couple. She is a modern architect, and he is a real estate investor. We have hosted film and photo shoots for Google, Levi's, West Elm, you name it. Photographers love our amazing warm natural light. Features for your event: - One-of-a-kind creative space - Seating for up to 30 people (in small clusters, or as a single group in the large loft living room) - Three bathrooms - Fast WiFi - Super large 8'x12' projection screens - Rolling whiteboard We look forward to hosting your group!

Our base level pricing is $195/hour, minimum four hour hours. This is for events with up to 20 people on site, and *excludes" film and photo rights. Basic pricing with film and photo rights is $325/hour, minimum four hours. This is for film and photo shoots with up to 20 people on site. We are happy to consider events and film/photo shoots with more than 20 people on site, and we consider pricing for those engagements on a case by case basis. There is an additional $125 cleaning fee for all engagements.
