We are a vibrant new independent, artist-run, woman-owned, interdisciplinary creative and community art space hosting a wide range of performing and visual art events, exhibitions, classes, workshops, and rentals. <3 Our owner/artistic director is an Austin, Texas native with a background in the performing arts and K-12 teaching. Her current art practice includes modern dance choreography, creative writing, and visual media. She lives in Jersey City with her husband and their roof garden.

The Space

Our inviting 450 square foot open-floor storefront gallery is great for classes, workshops, meetings, photo/video shoots, intimate performances, and private events with an arty sensibility. Textured white interior walls, high ceilings, and gleaming wood floor play beautifully with the natural light that floods in through french doors, our large street-facing bay window (outfitted with a small platform) and additional windows in the rear of the space. Makers of all stripes will enjoy configuring our endlessly adaptable gallery space. Speaker system, climate control, ceiling-mounted projector with HDMI cable and Mac adapter, wifi, color printer/copier (pay per page), privacy screens for street-facing windows, electric kettle, adjustable track lighting, folding screen, restroom, tables and 23 chairs, rotating visual art exhibits. Up to 50 guests standing, 20-25 comfortably seated. Street level access makes load in and out very easy. We recycle! Non-profit and independent artist rates are available. Please reach out to us for more information. We are located on Summit Ave a 10 minute walk from Journal Square, accessible via PATH. Street parking and pay lots are available nearby.

Non-profit and independent artist rates are available. Please reach out to us for more information. A $30 cleaning fee is assessed for all rentals up to 3 hours, and a $50 cleaning fee is assessed for all rentals 4+ hours. All rentals require a fully refundable $200 security deposit, payable by cash or check, held in case of damages to the facility, art, or other property. The security deposit must be submitted prior to your rental period.
