Sun Drenched Chelsea Loft in Prime Location. Conveniently located near all major subway lines. The loft is the entire 4th floor (3 story walk up) 2000 SF. Southern exposure offers tons of natural light, a warm and naturally bright space. Separate lounge room. Hardwood floors, large counter space great for catering, central air, wifi, speaker system.
