Our 2 floor (plus furnished basement) courtyard brownstone is perfect for those wanting a homey feel. It has the feeling of a cottage with plenty of room for families and friends. It's located in historic Cobble Hill and close to Dumbo, Brooklyn Waterfront, restaurants/bars, subway, & shops. You’ll love our comfy bed, the coziness of a roaring fire, & parlor views with high ceilings. My place is good for families with kids (trundle bed and toys), groups, and couples. Plus a bistro style garden The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: - 1 King Bed in Master Bedroom - Trundle Bed in 2nd Bedroom (great for kids - though does pull out to full to fit adult) - Fold Out Full Sofa with tempurpedic topper in furnished basement - Large deep Restoration Hardware sectional for occasional guest LOCATION: Cobble Hill is known as the historic hub of Brooklyn. Come stay in the most filmed location of "quaint" Brooklyn. Spend your days strolling shops and checking out restaurants like Momofuku, Grimaldi's Pizza, River Cafe, Peter Lugers, Tom's Cafe, or bar hop down lively Smith Street into the Gowanus. We are 2 blocks from the F&G and 5 blocks from main hub at Atlantic Ave with ACE trains. AMENITIES: The softest sheets and blankets, travel luxury soaps and toiletries, TV's in each room, high speed wifi, use of kids toys, 2 bikes and 2 child bike, washer and dryer, Apple TV's, record player with AMAZING vinyl collection :) As well we have an outdoor grill and table for seating 6 under bistro lights. CHILDREN: We offer a trundle bed in our boys room plus use of his toys, a step stool for sink usage, a kids bike and razor scooter, as well as child guards on windows. STYLE: Our home is an eclectic and cozy house. A mix of modern with a colorful boho vibe keeps it refreshing and lively. Plenty of light, very comfortable, lots of room for dining, and art and music in each room.
