Sunny Craftsman with One-of-a-Kind Design

This designer bright and open bungalow is my home. I hand-painted the mural in the office, installed the woodwork in the bedroom, painted every wall, and decorated it myself. It's a labor of love and I hope to share it with others that appreciate the unique charm. The house includes one master bedroom, a den/guest room, a home office, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a backyard, and a front garden - all available for use. Parking includes a long driveway that can fit a trailer or multiple cars. Street parking is also available but cannot be reserved. RULES: - No adult filming nor productions that promote hate - No dolly tracks unless Ram Board is laid down - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request - Limited WiFi access to top production staff - Production insurance is a must for large productions - Scouting available with 24-48 hr notice
