I fell in love with photography at a young age after my parents gave me a camera when I was 17 years old. It changed my life! My father was a photographer, and I was fortunate to work at his studio as a teenager. I learned the technical side of photography, and I became enamored with beauty and light in every form. I had the opportunity to model for a few years, which in turn gave me a unique perspective from the other side of the camera. Shooting beauty is second nature to me. I'm inspired by beauty because I think it's important for a woman to be healthy, feel beautiful, and project a confident, positive attitude. I love to bring out the best in the people I shoot, and make them feel special. I discovered underwater photography when I was shooting a project in Europe. I was inspired and captivated by the dreamy and surreal feeling that was evoked when shooting a model underwater. I'm enthralled with shooting underwater because of its visually enchanting qualities. The creative possibilities are endless. While shooting in a pool is wonderful because it's a controlled environment, like an underwater studio, I'm also PADI Certified and I love concepts that take us to warm and clear ocean water locations. Traveling is my other love next to photography. One of my passions is photographing interesting people, culture and architecture from around the world, and I take any opportunity I can to travel and immerse myself in different cultures. I find that it’s very exciting to collaborate and work with clients and creatives from concept to final image, and to bring our vision to fruition. I truly enjoy contributing to the creative process. My work has been featured in advertising campaigns, editorial pieces and catalogs. I have an extensive list of clients which include Olay, Nexxus Hair Care, Mitsubishi, Borghese, Saatchi and Saatchi NY, Obagi, and Microsoft, to name a few. I shoot out of my studio, on location, either locally or around the world. I'm lucky enough to live in sunny Southern California.
