I work in fashion and entertainment. Friends of mine always ask if they can shoot photos and film in apartment so, I'm certain others may find this space useful! Aside from my apartment there is a business/social lounge with seating and larger kitchen available in the building. There is also a garden, outdoor lounge deck with view of Hudson and BBQ grills.

The Space

This is a private space as well as the building's lounge/amenity space. Floor to ceiling windows, several private balconies as well as outdoor decks in common space. There is blank white walls in the private space and may be used as studio space with natural light. Private kitchen as well as larger kitchen and BBQ grills in common space with plenty of seating and beautiful view.
