The Space

An open, light filled space awaiting your creativity in one of the last old school industrial buildings in LIC! Our experienced production team can outfit your project with props, styling, additional locations and crew. The space is perfect for Portraits/Headshots, Tabletop Product Shoots, Art Exhibitions, Casting Auditions, Poetry Readings, Script Table Reads, Costume Fittings and more. Contact us with any questions and we can find infinite possibilities! We have two beautifully textured walls with vintage white painted wood floors, a 12 ft ceiling, and a huge window facing east for clear morning light. Amenities include French Press Coffee maker, AC, Heater, private bathroom with sink, MUA table w/mirror, folding tables, bottled spring water, and mini snacks There are a variety of different backdrop colors available at the studio! All backdrops are free of charge if used as only background. If you need to pull paper on floor for model to step on we charge $12 per pull. We have filled the space with vintage decor that can also be used as props or photo setups! Please reach out with any questions or special requests! Happy to customize for your project HOUSE RULES - No Moving Shelves or Refrigerator without requesting thru host first. Failing to do so will incur of a $150 fine fee PLUS item replacement fee if item is broken. - No confetti/glitter, fake blood, or other SFX liquids - If the floor needs to be refinished $200 fee - No smoking in the stairs or space - $100 fee. - No leaning out the windows - Please enquire before shooting outside of studio premises, that includes hallways, stairs, elevator, rooftop, and outside in alleyway. * Please check weather before booking if you're looking to shoot with natural light. We may require a $100 fully refundable security deposit for certain types of events

Rapid Covid tests and masks available on site We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal We ventilate the space between bookings and windows can be open for fresh air during your shoot
