You'll love my space because it is the top floor (penthouse) in a building on the fabled Bowery that doesn't look like much from the outside. The elevator opens up into our loft (2,500 sq feet in total) into a huge open floor plan living/dining/kitchen room with access to two bathrooms in the main room. The space has access to a private bedroom with a large balcony (plus a 3rd bathroom if needed) with a views of the city. The space also has access to a private rooftop via a private stairwell connected to the unit. We have a large kitchen and island which is perfect for a chef set up plus a sonos + larger music system if needed for entertainment. The space is multi functional so we can remove art work if needed, we can clear out the space, whatever you need.
