The Space

This Loft features a fully Equipped Kitchen, dining and lounge area, and a private bathroom with a large windows and lots of light. It is perfect for parties, cooking, dining, meeting, and photoshoot. About 500sf, it is located in LIC, and super easily accessible just 2 minute walk from the subway and 2 minutes from the midtown tunnel and BEQ exit. It can hold up to 25 people standing and 15 seats. There is no loudness or hours restrictions. You can party as much as you want, with decency and safety. There are cameras in the building and in the space for your security as well. Also, there will be always some on-site for any needs and emergencies. He will be in the back and won't be around unless for any requests or emergency

The full-day rate is based on 8 hours. Any extra hours are extra. For evening and night events there will be a manager fee depending on the hours. For a party with more than 10 people, there is a cleaning fee of $50. For use of the kitchen, there is a usage fee of $75 and a cleaning fee of $50
