The space is only available for Corporate / Company events. No personal parties please Offering 4,500 square feet in the heart of Greenpoint this space is the perfect setting for events, weddings, parties, film / photo productions, or meetings. The main space is located on the ground floor and has a large garage door leading directly to the street (great for loading and unloading gear). Large windows and skylights bring light throughout the day and the ceiling is 17 feet tall. Guests also have access to the Mezzanine area that is roughly 700 square feet. This area is perfect for meetings and provides a private area separate from the main downstairs space. There are 2 restrooms and a refrigerator in the bottom space as well
