Our space is a full floor loft with flexible options on space rentals. Two main rooms have full wall windows to street. High ceilings and luxurious maple wood floors. Space 1 - 1300SQF Open Space with bathrooms changeroom and showers. Space 2 - 1000SQF Open Space with separate entrance, bathroom and back of house storage or access from combined space. Common Areas - 2200SQF combining reception, men’s and women’s change rooms with showers (2+4), bathrooms. Extras: Heating (Main spaces to +105f) AC 90% Blockout Blinds WiFi Soundsystem throughout Projection Walls Mood Lighting PLEASE NOTE - We are an operating business. Each request will be quoted on its basis and requirements. We offer studio space for workout classes at $150/hr however buy outs will be at a higher rate and negotiated on request.
