The Space

A very flexible ~4500 square feet, the corner lot features indoor/outdoor space, covered patio, open concept kitchen, custom decorated interior and custom fabricated lighting and bar/countertops. "Wynwood Raw" space curated with tasteful vintage props surrounded by lots of white, acrylic, and aluminum for clean and quick branding opportunities. Frontage on a major thoroughfare through Wynwood -- location is perfect and central. Large roll-up doors create an open-air interior when raised, or close off for complete privacy. The property consists of 3 spaces: cafe side, lounge/gallery side, and exterior "L-shaped" courtyard. Street parking is plentiful, limited parking on property. Street closure possible. Adjacent property contains large stage and additional event space , indoor storage, rare automotive collection, BOH, etc.
