The Space

Decorated with contemporary furniture, the chandelier adds a beautiful touch to throw off that industrial feel adding a touch of elegance to the beautiful loft. It's bright, tall, and are exposed. The only real, industrial lofts in Miami. It has diamond-plate stairs, open formats, imported New York Subway tile, huge interior windows, and upstairs mezzanines. Exposed concrete with soaring, 18 foot-tall ceilings, limestone, and corrugated steel gives you a very modern feel.
