Designed with a luxurious aesthetic in mind, "The Blush Room" features a range of textures and tones providing a variety of versatile stages all within this 1,300 square foot studio/event space. Each stage has been perfectly curated for you to capture quality content. With only one client allowed at a time, you have the freedom to shoot on any stage you like. In our studio, we will make sure you are taken care of. We want to ensure that you leave here happy and have received great customer service. There is an easy first floor entrance in the front. Loading area in the back. **Events have special requirements please inquire further. Hours of Operation: 8am-8pm After Hour Rate, Holiday and Same Day Requests +$25 /hr Holidays, after-hours & same-day requests. + 2-hour min. Rates: 1 - 8 hours - $125 per hour ( Rates include Security or site a site rep. Based on needs ) Event Rates: 1 - 8 hours - $160 per hour ( Rates include Security or site a site rep. Based on needs ) Standard Cleaning Fee (Covers foot traffic and little damages from prop & studio usage) 0 - 4 People - $50 5 - 8 People - $100 9 - 15 People - $150 16 - 19 People - $200 20 - 25 People - $250 Event Cleaning Fee: (Covers foot traffic and little damages from prop & studio usage) 0 - 4 People $100 5 - 8 People - $150 9 - 12 People - $200 ** Use of glitter/ feathers / confetti / balloons / on site construction / extensive flowers and spillage. -- $50 if cleaned, $100 minimum if not cleaned.
