Creative agencies and tech start-ups have made a home in this waterfront neighborhood due to its close proximity to Manhattan and the gorgeous skyline views. As the name invokes, Bridge Street is within shouting distance of the Manhattan Bridge, and its the location of this enormous two-floor raw space below ground level, that includes four bathrooms. The space is an enormous 7,000 sq. ft., however, Bridge Street is pretty quiet most days. ***Please note that all events consuming or selling liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.***
