The Space

5,000 sq foot industrial space with large windows and high ceilings. Lots of beautiful natural light! Perfect for art, fashion and editorial shoots and other events. We also have a very large professional wood shop in the building to fabricate sets or any other building needs you may have.

There is a higher price if there are large groups and if you are building sets or staging large amounts of furniture. Private events and Parties are also at another day rate. Cleaning fees may apply and overtime rates are billed at $400 per hour.
