My space can hold 150+ at compacity. It is great for private parties, kid parties, graduations events, corporate events, gaming parties, card games, band practices, or all around small family or friend gatherings. It has two separate private meeting rooms, a gaming room, and a large rec area that can hold up to 100 people for a dancing party. It has unique floors and separate women and men rest rooms. It is the perfect space for entertaining.
