The interior / exterior includes a variety of different back drops and props for your shoot. Ideal for a small photo, video shoot, or production. To book the house and recording studio is an additional fee.

Hello! Our place has a fruit tree orchard in front with a pergola, nice trendy backyard in back, library in one room, nice kitchen, moody style bedroom with a baby grand in the room. colorful paintings and art in the living room, great for shoots and productions! Please read the rules thoroughly as we are very strict on these! Failure to meet these requirements will result in extra charges. No smoking inside, no production equipment brought in without a protectant from scratching the wood floors. Please schedule your inside / outdoor hours ahead of time, and let us know so we can plan accordingly. We are a residential neighborhood so please keep in and outs to a minimum, and volume down not to disturb our neighbors. Please load your equipment in and out as quickly as possible. You can use the driveway to load in but please clear this ahead of time. If you bring more people than the booking is for, we will have to charge additional fees. This is very strict! This means total number of people throughout the day, not at once. Please be honest about the size and scope of your production. We will charge $50/extra per person at the minimum and you will be subject additional fees. Again, we are not suited for large productions. Also please NO PEANUT products of any kind on the property due to a severe allergy. If this is broken you will be subject to an additional $1500 cleaning fee minimum. Sorry but we need to be very clear on this one! We look forward to having you and please ask any questions about this stuff ahead of time! Thank you!
