Hey, We are musicians and artists that own and operate an events production company. The listing we have here is our main event space that we've hosted/curated many great events in. Past events and bookings range from things like live music to intimate pod cast sessions. We're open to most ideas and look forward to working with you to make your event as memorable and hassle free as possible!

The Space

We are a 600 sq ft beautifully finished basement that exudes unique vibes and fun times. Located 1 block from the J train and 6 blocks from the L train. A large recording studio that easily transforms into a unique, spacious event space. The space provides creative, technicolor, ambient lighting, large lounge area, live music/performance stage area, functioning bar, and large, heavily vegetated, back yard (w/ tiki torches). The space has been used for events that range from recording sessions, live music showcases, art shows, photo/video shoots, networking mixers, and interviews & pod casts. The beauty of the space lies in its intimacy. While providing an area large enough to fit 50 - 60 people comfortably, the space never runs the risk of loosing the intimate inclusive feeling that is optimal for everything from live performances to networking mixers. With professional quality lighting and audio capabilities our in house team will always bring your event a sense of professionalism and the flair of creative DIY. Not to mention we are fully equipped to capture high quality video/pictures and audio so that you will have professional grade content to share with your network of followers/members*. The backyard deserves a paragraph of its own: an additional 300 sq ft of space that makes you forget you're sitting in the middle of a concrete jungle. Beautiful Ivy that winds up our wooden fences, lush greenery growing from the small planter boxes, all outlined by flickering tiki torches. Classic rope lighting drapes across the space over head illuminating the beautiful scenery for enjoyment late into the night. The pictures will do more justice than my description. (for parties of greater than 5-6 the back yard will close at 11:00 on weeks nights and 12:00 on weekends.) Videographer:+$100.00 / hr (in addition to base rental price)* Photographer:+$100.00 / hr (in addition to base rental price)* Live Audio Recording:+$75.00 / hr (in addition to base rental price)* A/V technician: +$30.00 / hr (in addition to base rental price)* *Services such as video, photography, Live audio recording, etc. are not included in the listed hourly rate. You are not required to book these services, but our in house production team is available for booking, just ask!
