Hourly Pricelist: Up to 25 people: ONLY weekdays till 7pm - $140 Night rate till 2:30am - $165 Friday through Sunday (flexible hours) - $200 25 - 35 person - additional $40 per hour This venue is suitable for: -Intimate dinners -Corporate gatherings -Photo shoots -Cooking videos -Small parties And more.. The venue features: -A 600 Square feet open layout with lots of natural light -Fully equipped industrial style kitchen -Lounge area with sofas and with big tv screen and WiFi -Rustic bar setup -Small backyard with outdoor lighting and large gas grill -2 Bathrooms (one in the lower level) -Optional sound and lighting rental Located in Brooklyn, right at the border of Bushwick, Williamsburg, and Bedford Stuyvesant! right around the corner of the M,J, trains, next to lots of stores Starbucks, Planet fitness, and much more.. This place is truly unique! everything there was custom made, and still customizable per request. Rules: - No smoking indoors AT All - No hanging out / smoking in front of the building - Hookah is allowed indoors, other smoking is allowed in the backyard only - Outside catering is allowed - Loud music is not available for every night (inquire about the night and hours) - No confetti at all (it clogs up everything and very difficult to clean) Note: we take a refundable 30% security deposit, it will be kept in case any damage or the rules mentioned above is broken Thanks for understanding!
