The Space

This landmark building includes a former studio to artists Willem and Elaine de Kooning. The space features ground level high ceiling, large frontage on Broadway next to Union Square, large basement and outdoor area. Centrally located for prime retail or event pop up. ***Please note that all events consuming or selling liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.***
