The Space

Whatever your creative space needs are, we are happy to accommodate! This space is ideal for photography, pop-up shops, workshops and events. Our facade is eye-catching and makes a great first impression on clients or guests. Inside, we have lots of indirect natural light and interesting white angles. This used to be a tile store, so we have two fake fireplaces, fancy columns and our floor is swatches of different tiles - use your imagination! Our gallery rental space is downstairs from our art studio spaces. It's semi-private, with only one studio located downstairs, you can expect to have minimal interruption, but you must be willing to accommodate the odd person walking through during normal business hours (9am-6pm). Prime day's include Friday-Sunday and will require a minimum rental fee of 7 hours. We are easy to get to and easy to find, in an up-coming artistic hub. We have limited on-site parking (up to 5 cars), but neighborhood parking is plentiful. We have wifi (duh). Our staff is friendly and helpful, and we love helping other creative minds make their vision come to life! We will be happy to offer event planning services and coordinate any outside rentals for an additional fee. Our space includes: - Private entrance - Private bathroom - parking on-site - Great natural light - Wifi included - Multiple artificial lighting options - Centrally located and easily accessible! About 15 minutes from everywhere :) - Donuts, BBQ, Starbucks and a lot of other great food steps away (ask about our catering partners!) -Cleaning is included in hourly rate

Fridays-Sundays will require a minimum 7 hour rental. $50 Hanging Fee Next day checkout/load out for rental pickups starting at $150 between 10AM-11AM Event Planning Services include: (Mix and Match) -Venue booking (duh) -Day of event on site coordination and production -Negotiation, scheduling, and main point of contact for all vendors required -Secure and manage all event staffing - DJ, photographers, videographer, production assistants, security, etc. -Open communication whenever needed -Assistance with anything else that arrises
