The Space

This NYC patio is only 1 block from Central Park and Lincoln Center. It is quite large with two sofas, 3 large chairs, a dining table with chairs for 6, a reclining lounge chair, grill for cooking, outside heaters and a fire pit! its an amazing place to host small parties or a small business meeting. You also have access to the full kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom.
