Hello! I am the owner of a store/gallery that focuses on contemporary Chinese design & art. The space is a semi-submerged two-story corner location, both floors are visible from street level. I'm renting out the downstairs space where our store used to occupy. It's a very characterful space that everyone loves, perfect for pop-up stores, events and screenings. The rental is for downstairs only but our space upstairs is open for your guests too. We have projection and sound system.

Perfect for pop-up stores and events as this space used to be a vintage & jewelry boutique. Space is under a Chinese design gallery / store. Projection, sound, seating and additional surfaces available for your use. Both floor share 1 bathroom downstairs.
