The Space

Once a home to a belt manufacturer, now converted to a beautifully renovated 5,000 sqft. studio. Located in the lower level of a commercial building. Just a 3 min walk to the L- Train stop (Jefferson st.) The studio includes a unisex bathroom of 6 stalls. Space can fill 75+ people. Great for large traffic. Wifi is available!!! 5,000SQFT. Ideal for: Baby Shower Wedding Reception Sweet 16 Family Events Art Gallery Photo-shoot Corporate Event Pop-up's Meetings Networking Performance Workshop etc. For parking there is plenty of free parking around the block. As well as commercial parking space for your commercial vehicle.
