The Space

With 850 sq ft of space, our studio is great for film, photography, meetings, workshops, catalog shoots, and much more! This studio has great natural lighting that is accompanied by a skyline view of DTLA! AC and Wifi are included and the studio has 1 full private bathroom. Please let me know your vision for your booking and I will do all I can to help make it a success! Free Studio amenities: - Living room set with couch and sofa chair. - Faux greenery wall with LA light. - 10 x 12ft Heavy duty backdrop stand. - Iron + Iron board - 2 softbox lights - Full private bathroom, 2 sinks. - Vanity mirror - AC/Heating - High-Speed Wifi. - Designer prop books. - Free street parking - Camera Tripod. - Clothes rack. Production Cleaning fee: 0-5 people: $50 6-10 people: $75 11-15 people: $100 16-20 people: $125 21-25 people: $150 Events cleaning fee: 0-5 people: $75 6-10 people: $100 11-15 people: $125 16-20 people: $150 21-25 people: $175 *Please note that backdrop paper is not included in your booking, if you would like it to be included please add it in the add-on section. NO smoking or smoke machines, NO glitter or confetti allowed, NO pets. If you fail to follow our rules and policy there will be extra charges to your booking.
