Vault in Vacant Factory

This is a vault space in a vacant factory. The space is lined with original wooden beams. Because the space is underground, bedrock makes up many of the walls. This space has a authentic basement or vault feel, and because of the absence of natural light, productions will have any easy time controlling the light in the space. Pricing Structure for this space: A flat rate of $100/person/12-hour day for the space. No deposit is required – We charge per person- ie, how many people you have and multiply by $100. Special consideration and pricing may be given to shoots of more than 25 people.
