Located on a Venice Walking Street, this 1920s fully updated beach bungalow offers all the charm you need. The house boasts charming original features including a stain glassed window, exposed rafters, artwork from local artist and a gourmet kitchen. The house receives plenty of natural light, ideal for film/photo shoots, intimate private events, day-long retreats, off site meetings, and more. The space can accommodate up to 10 people seated inside, with plenty of extra space for guests, tables or shoots outside on the front porch or large front yard. The space is fully furnished in a modern bungalow style. Free parking is available along the street, with potential access to the driveway upon request. Power is also available outside the house for equipment, lighting and other needs. Kitchen is only available for gluten free food/events. Included with the rental are two outdoor tables, as well as a folding table and folding chairs available upon request. The house also features a record player, piano, heating/cooling, projector and sonos sound system. Outdoor heating and lighting is also provided in the front yard. House is located 1 block from the beach for an additional shoot location. Onsite manager will help you with all your needs during your event.
