Venice Beach: Modern Luxury at Main & Abbot Kinney

Welcome to our sunny and spacious modern Venice Beach house. It is located on Main St, just a few steps away from Abbot Kinney and a block from the beach. Inside the 2,000 sqft, you will find two separate units. Downstairs we have a large patio deck, fitted with a BBQ grill, a large wooden dining set, fitted with umbrella that seats six people. There is also a single carport garage with modern sliding gates, that has convenient access to an alley for loading/unloading of any large items or production equipment. Inside the downstairs unit we have a full chef's kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a large white quartz counters. The unit features mid-century modern inspired furnishings, including 2 couches, large floor rug, and glass coffee table. The house comes fully equipped lightning fast wifi (Google Wifi). The bedroom has a full sized wooden bed, two bedside tables and chair, and built in closets. The space features wooden floors throughout. There is a large glass shower/restroom. In the upstairs unit, enjoy immense natural light. It is an expansive open concept living area. Full bathroom with separation between large glass steam shower room and restroom, and a large soaking tub outside. This studio bedroom comes complete with a metal four poster California King Bed. The space offers a refined sleek, mid-century modern aesthetic with wooden flooring throughout. To date, we have hosted over 100 productions would love to be a part of your next project! The house has served as a backdrop/set for countless network TV pilots, feature films, fashion photoshoots, music videos, web series, cooking shows, student films and major brand commercials. Some of our clients include We Care, Window Magazine, Cavity Skateboards, Burn Fitness, Oliver People, Supima, Rare, Champion, Kenzo, Cannon, Sony and many more! Additional Info: Insurance required? Rules PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. We also require an insurance policy in the homeowners name and a $2500 deposit to be paid with check or via PayPal in which will be returned within 3 business days if the property suffers no damages. We also require our location manager to be on site at a fee of $250 for a crew of 8 or less, $450 for larger crews for unto 10hrs then $40 dollars an hour there after. The base rate starts at $250 an hour for for a crew of 8 or less, crews of 8-12 pay additional $50 an hour, crews of 12-16 pay an additional $100 an hour and crews of 16-20 pay an additional $150 an hour. This is due to more wear and tear to the house over time. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs SCOUTING-- We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. SECURITY--there are exterior security cameras on premises directed toward the gate entrances which can be turned off upon request.
