Boutique event space in Logan square. The venue features a mix of modern decor and eclectic energy. Exposed brick wall is equipped with professional picture hanging wires. Spacious indoor is complemented by sophisticated outdoor with an ivy-covered wall and a water feature. The surround sound ceiling system will give you an option to skip a DJ altogether. A beautiful wooden arch is included for ceremonies and photo opportunities. Our classy style and artistic flair is perfect for your next event! There is no cleaning fee if you leave the place as it was before your event. If you prefer us to do the cleaning the fee is $150 OUR HOURLY PRICE INCLUDES: - 7 rectangular tables (2x6', 5x8') - 50 italian ghost chairs - 3 LED highboy tables - 6 uplights - weddings arch - projector - surround sound ceiling system - cast iron easel with a welcome blackboard - pets are welcome Wedding packages available: $1750 Fri, and Sun , $2500 Sat. Includes the venue 9am - 11pm, wooden arch, platform, sweet cart, champagne wall with glasses, backdrops (gold shimmering and green topiary), floating candles in glass containers, choice of tiered stands, disco ball, unlimited coffee, LOVE table, acrylic donut wall, "it was always you" neon sign, table setting with runners and centerpieces, metal throne/birdcage chair, outdoor heaters, cleaning and more.
