Meaning: Please RETURN the studio's equipment and appearance the way it was upon arrival. Please be aware of your time management, as set-up + breakdown should be done WITHIN your booked time. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the studio is left in disarray or unkempt. *PLEASE COMMUNICATE IF YOU NEED MORE TIME FOR YOUR BOOKING! We work a tight schedule, and a cleaning fee will be implemented if the studio is not in its original shape by 15 minutes past your booking end time (grace period). To respect everyone’s booked sessions please DO NOT arrive prior to your reservation time. Please note that your reservation ends 10 minutes before the last hour is up. Please start wrapping up and leave the studio by the time your booking is over. There is an overtime fee of 1.5X booking rate for every additional hour over booking that is not communicated, so please, be respectful of the community and leave when your time is up. There will also be additional fee of $100 if place is left in disarray. If equipment or studio items are found damaged or irreparable, you will be responsible for 100% cost value to replace/repair. *All backdrops are free to use as BACKGROUNDS ONLY * Seamless Pulls in colors ALREADY AVAILABLE in studio are available ass addons for $15. Pull: When seamless paper is pulled UNDER the foot of the model For a special color request that we do not have in inventory the cost will be $50 for the roll. The studio is under SURVEILLANCE Studio 206 is located in Downtown Brooklyn directly off of Flatbush Extension. You have 480 sqft of space to use for your photoshoots, video-shoots. We are less than 10 minutes to Manhattan and 2-3 minutes from the 2,3,4,5,B,N,R,Q,W,A,C,F trains RULES - NO smoking of any kind allowed in building. Penalty results in $450 fine - Booking time includes Set Up and Break Down. -Music must remain at reasonable level. Please use the speaker provided. - NO PARTIES - Absolutely no glitter, flour, confetti, oil, milk, paint, etc - PLEASE be on time. Any time spent after the scheduled booking will be an extra charge of 1.5x rate. - Absolutely NO loitering in the hallway. The hallway is a transitional space that needs to remain convenient for ALL persons within the building. It is NOT an extension of the studio. Any guests found to be loitering in the hallway or using the hallway as a part of their setup will receive $500 fine.
