Our house is perfect for Period Piece, vintage, old-fashioned, retro and glamorous projects. However, a creative and visionary mind will find a thousand different ways to take advantage of our unique and exclusive space. The 2 STORY house is very spacious inside, with high ceiling and large rooms glamorously decorated with sophisticated and unique wallpapers. Every room has a different wallpaper print/pattern and super easy access between rooms and spaces through the floor level. There is plenty NATURAL LIGHT throughout the entire house giving the location an outstanding photography! The garage has 2 large doors to facilitate the access to the interior of the house for equipment and logistic convenience and it also can be used as base-camp for crafty service, camera set up and holding area. Our driveway fits 6 regular cars and there are plenty FREE and safe parking spaces on the neighborhood. We are making the house available for Family oriented and uplifting projects. To date, we have hosted dozens of Hollywood productions and I would love to be part of your next project! The space has served as a backdrop/set for many network TV pilots, feature films, fashion photoshoots, music videos, web series, cooking shows, student films and major brand commercials. Some of our clients include Warner Brothers, NBC Universal, Disney, Sony Pictures, NYFA, UCLA, Independent studios/production companies and many more! Arcadia is known for being the Asian Beverly Hills so it is a very neat place for film productions, commercials or photo shoots for its unique and glamours neighborhood. You will not find any place with this great quality and uniqueness in the surroundings of LA combined with this low hourly rate. I guarantee you that! Also, the city of Arcadia is only 25 min. away from downtown LA and the Filming Permit here is 1/3 of the fees compared to LA areas. This is a great deal. So, if you inquiry about the house on Friday after 6:30pm I won't answer you until Saturday 6:30pm, but I will get back to you within 24h for sure. 😉 ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ RATES: Depending on your project you may be charged at one of the rates below: *RATES FOR CREW WITH UP TO 20 PEOPLE/12H • Feature Film / TV Series / Independent / Documentary rate: $119/hour (min. 6h) • Commercial Production rate: $129/hour (min 6h) • Student projects: $110/hour (min. 6h) * For crew larger than 20 people a $20/h extra will be applied on the top of the rate for every 10 extra people. * The hourly rate is based on a 12h/day. But even If the house is booked less than 12h anything that exceeds the booking time is considered overtime. 🔰 The Restroom inside the house on the 1st floor is for up to 20 people max. A minimum fee of $100/Day-12h will be charged for every 10 extra people on crew size. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ DEPOSIT: Depending on the nature and/or scale of the project we may require an advanced deposit of $300 to $1000. The full deposit will be reimbursed to the producer/guest once we confirm that the house is being returned under the same conditions as it was found.
