The Space

A remarkable preserved slice of the prohibition era. It is the perfect combination of a bar, lounge, and events space. It transports it’s guest through the Ulitmate luxuries of dining and night life,inspired by 1920s. ‪ The atmosphere is always relaxing, our goal is to make sure you have a great  time, t open their doors to patrons who would like to  have  private events from birthday parties,anniversaries,wedding receptions,cooperate events,private events, to TV &Film Shoots, music and fashion shows. Space is full of sun during daytime and is cozy and warmly lit at night. Full kitchen and Full Liquor service. Interior bar space accommodates 90+ seated and 250 standing. We are on the ground level with a few steps to get into the space, wheelchair access is also provided via a separate entrance. Open Bar Happy Hour packages start at $40 per person per hour and we can provide a custom menu for your event from $30 to $75 per person, ranging from light apps to a full seated dinner. Please note event staff fee (Server,Bartender,Event Manager) is not included in hourly rate. Hourly Rate for personal,cooperate,wedding parties, $1,500.00 ,2 hour minimum. Then $450 per hour after that. For events requiring production gear, such as Film shoots, Music Concerts, Ceremonies, Anniversaries, Meetings, and Fashion shows, please inquire within.
