Large open studio and creative work space with endless possibilities! Our space works great for film production, photo shoots, art galleries/installations, premiers, networking parties, private events and much more... *available for hour, daily, and weekly rental - A clean, brand new building with exposed cinderblock on one side an drywall on the other. 2,800sq. ft of available work space with 24ft high cielings - Large roll-up steel doors for load in. Three private parking spots available in the rear, $7 a day garage parking two blocks away. No limit street parking after 6pm, with plenty of room. - Air condition and a bathroom - Depending upon client request we have a *bonus loft above with a kitchenette and extra bathroom for essential personel use at a rate of $75 an hour Rules: The space is kept EMPTY. Please provide what you need for your event or production, or coordinate with site manager. Only PRIVATE events, and you must provide security. Street parking only for guests. Events can go until 11pm, clean up and out by midnight. You must leave the place the way you found it. Clean up and break down must be taken into account within your scheduled hours. Max of 350 persons. If you are looking to have a blow out party, this is NOT the space.
