The Space

The space is modern, new, and well furnished. It has stunning rooftop views from the custom decks, an outdoor kitchen on the top roof deck, chef's main kitchen with Wolf & Sub-Zero, pool table room, home theater, game room, 25' windows in the front and back, crystal chandeliers, and great lighting. Great for events as well as both video and still photography.

 Minimum hours:  3
~Extra time beyond what is booked is rounded up to the next hour and billed at a 50% premium ~$190 Cleaning fee for standard visit form the housekeeper. Any cleaning beyond what is determined to be standard by the owner will be billed at $100 an hour.
