We recommend the space for baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings and private dinners. The space is also perfect for marketing activations, brand launch events, offsite meetings and photoshoots as well. This street level open space boasts beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick, a built in wood bar with marble countertops, a glass roll up garage door, and modern fixtures. It also features an outdoor courtyard garden. Amenities include on site manager, a coat check room, two large bathrooms, indoor/outdoor sound system, large flat screen TV for presentations, Wifi, street parking and nearby parking lots. This is a full-service event space with an exclusive on-premise caterer who specializes in beautiful, custom event experiences.

Day rate includes a 10 hour rental timeframe. Rental hours include load in/set up, event time and load out/clean up time needed. We may request a COI, refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement. Hourly rates and minimums are for space rental only. The minimum order for site rental, food, service, bar, and equipment is $5,000.
