With over 24,000 sq. ft dedicated to 5 unique event spaces and two locations a variety of events can be accommodated.

The Space

Wynwood Prime offers a flex space warehouse made up of two 5,000 square foot rooms with 15 feet heigh ceilings and reinforced beams and a 4,000 square foot terrace infant of the warehouse to create your event. One of the highlights of this venue is three different spaces which can be booked separately or together. We have an expansive food prep area hidden behind the back wall for all of your potential catering needs. Our fully air conditioned venue with available on-site high speed internet access is the perfect place for those special events.
