A four bedroom, three and a half bath executive home with contemporary décor that reflects the sophisticated and luxurious Palm Springs lifestyle. This modern vacation rental is located in the desirable Indian Canyon Estates neighborhood of South Palm Springs adjacent to the 10th fairway of the Indian Canyons North Course. This architectural four-bedroom residence is just five minutes from downtown Palms Springs. Originally built in 1965 and redefined in 2010, this 3000sq foot oasis sits on a quarter acre lot and offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Simple elegance with luxurious finishes create a resort like desert oasis. The open floor plan has entertaining in mind. The kitchen area is the hub of the living space with sleek grey granite countertops and European style cabinetry. Overhead skylights and a sit-at island-bar round out the space.
