Our lofts a series of boutique loft spaces located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. We have over 15,000 square feet of space for filming, photo shoots, and daytime events. Owned and operated by a small but mighty team of rebel women, we are committed to nurturing and empowering our diverse community. Our spaces are open to all.

The Space

Please note: rates are based on headcount / crew size - please message us for a proper quote. Located on the first floor, this tranquil loft is lined with big, beautiful industrial windows with lush green trees. We like to think of this one as a giant, quiet, peaceful tree house. This space is perfect for: Filming Small photo shoots Small offsites Small workshops / wellness events About the space: -11' high ceiling -Elevator on premise -Open Plan Kitchen, Dinning and Lounge area -One bedroom/breakout/green/hair and makeup room -On-site manager -Non metered street parking available -Air conditioner in main lounge area We’ve worked with large crews from MTV, VH1, ABC, HBO, SONY And small crews from PBS, Tazo Tea and VICE as well as many indie film projects and advertisers. We love working with a variety of crew sizes and projects. Shoots: Please message us with the answers to the following questions: -Crew size (actors included) -What are the hours you would need the space (from set up to clean up)? -Will there be any heavy and/or high voltage equipment in use? -What area of the loft will you be interested in shooting? -Do you plan on shooting in the hallway or in front of the building?
