The Space

Beautifully decorated zen conference room, with large wooden table, generous seating, a comfy cushioned L-shaped couch, and tall wooden Indian bar equipped with mini-fridge, sink, and cabinets. Unique movie memorabilia and antique furniture create an Asian-flavored atmosphere perfect for photoshoots, gatherings, and meetings. Set up for multimedia screening on the mounted 4K TV monitor, and microphone for conferences. Amenities: - Private Bathroom - Mini-fridge - Large and comfortable couch for added seating - Mounted 4K TV display for multimedia purposes - Natural light - Windows with shades - Air conditioning - Outdoor/indoor space Deposit required? No Fridge? Yes Chairs? Yes Tables? Yes Smoking? No Basement? No Coffee Maker? Yes Pets allowed? Service animals only with corresponding permits Child-talent allowed? Yes, assessed per production of nature and size Furniture/wall art movement allowed? Yes, repainting and patching fees may apply Movable Furniture? Yes, the crew is required to put all furniture back Drones allowed? Yes, subject to FAA regulations Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? The space has lots of outdoor areas and passageways are kept open for maximum ventilation. We have very few meetings in the space, and they only happen in outdoor spaces. Regular staff has been significantly cut down. Surfaces are sanitized regularly.
