Our state of the art sound and recording studio has multiple purposes. A spacious room with couches, coffee tables, a sound proof booth and multiple speakers/monitors. Our bookings include an engineer. We carry multiple microphones so we are able to handle a single recording session or an entire podcast. For podcast we can record both the sound and video and let our experts do all of the editing for you. Food and drink delivery from dozens of restaurants in the area.

Event studio is located in midtown is a 600 sq. ft studio with large windows. Facing seventh avenue. That can be used as a space for any kind of rehearsal (dancing, acting, theater, hold auditions). Including for birthday/bachelorette dance party (with a host dance instructor: separate service). It also has a bar installed to host events for NON-Alcohol drinks and Virgin cocktails. Brand new and fully furnished space. Open for booking as early from 7am until late night. With rooftop access over seeing Madison square garden and 7th avenue. Located one block away from MSG (Madison Square Garden) on seventh avenue. Please check our reviews.

Outside catering and delivery is allowed. Rooftop access for smoking. Please stay within your space during the booking. No Confetti. If confetti is found and not cleaned up will be an automatic $100 cleaning fee.

R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.
