OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered. Rules: 1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect. 2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom. 6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk. 10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings. 11) Please clean up after yourselves.

Our informal art gallery space is available for private events of all kinds. The building includes approximately 6,000 available square feet spread across two floors, and can easily be subdivided to suit your needs. Located in a former Castro bathhouse, it’s gritty, edgy, and exudes authentic San Francisco character. A spacious, well-lit "L"-shaped open area on the second floor serves as the main event hall. A dark and funky maze area completes the upper floor. Downstairs are a series of flexible open spaces, offices, a functional steam room, and a communal shower area. Our space is a contemporary art gallery which was completely newly renovated as of March 2018. We rotate our contemporary visual art programming monthly within our three separate, but interconnected showrooms which are each open and spacious with 15' ceilings throughout for flexibility with event setups including receptions, offsites, and meetings. The feel of the space is inviting, fresh, and crisp with even lighting throughout which can be customized for creating warmer and cooler moods which can be distinct in each of the three spaces as we can adjust the lighting color temperature from warm white to daylight.
