We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. Our available spaces range from small meeting rooms to larger conference areas as well as our Lounge/Cafe, large Forest Room and Wellness studio. Your booking cost includes an onsite event coordinator who can make the planning of you event seamless. Amenities include seating, audio visual, monitors, and partial kitchen with large island for bar or food setup.

This is an open, furnished creative loft located at the intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa. Our loft is perfect for smaller meetings, photo/video shoots, and dinners. You'll get fantastic views of the historic landmark architecture in our neighborhood. There is an elevator for moving equipment and people. Additional charges would be for photo/video equipment, events with alcohol, production services, furniture, and more than 10 people.

We are a book lovers dream, an open modern space with high ceilings, a stage, bar and sound system, surrounded by murals, and of course, wall to wall books on our signature blue shelves. We invest 100% of our profit back into the local community and are the perfect place for queer and trans weddings, parties or other events. We are queer and trans owned and operated, so you can have your event secure in the knowledge that you are surrounded by your community.

We are a full service production company and post production suite in NYC. We have two studios here. One is a hard fiberglass L shaped cyc, and the other is a sound stage that has multiple background options (hanging fabric green screen, seamless paper, brick background, or you can bring in your own set). We also have a color correction suite and an audio suite that are all available for bookings.

We are a recreational cooking school in SoHo, and when we are not teaching classes, we are happy to rent out our well-appointed kitchen space to those in need of an intimate and very functional kitchen space. The majority of our renters are using the for pop-up dinners or creating food-related photo or film content. Our kitchen is a mix of vintage, modern, and industrial. We have combined the functionality of a commercial kitchen (30 feet of butcher block and stainless steel work tables, metal counter stools, and every possible piece of cooking equipment) tempered with the warmth of home (wooden farm table, blown-glass and enamel pendant lights, 2 massive skylights). We are located on Grand Street (near Lafayette) in SoHo, steps away from some fantastic food shopping in Little Italy and Chinatown. Our space is 1000 square feet and comes with a private bathroom. We are located up 1 flight of stairs on the second floor of a two-story building. If you would like to host a cooking class, private dinner, video shoot, product launch, or any event that requires an inviting and well-stocked kitchen and dining room, please send us a booking request! REDUCED WEEKDAY RATES: For Monday-Friday rentals between 8am - 4pm, we can honor a 4 hour minimum, instead of our required 6 hour minimum rental. RENTAL INCLUDES: All linens (dishtowels, aprons), use of kitchen equipment, servingware, and some food storage. DELIVERIES can be facilitated the day before your rental. You will need to pick up keys from us before your event date and you can leave them with our cleaning staff at the end of your rental.

They are great for photo-shoots.
