We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Cre8ive Studio 1-2, an approximately 500 sq foot loft, is our theater space! The space boasts a low stage, outward-facing windows, versatile stage lighting and seating that matches the grand atmosphere of the room. Able to accommodate up to 40 people, Studio 1-2 will be the perfect venue for your next performance or presentation! Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Every studio has Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. We are on the 2nd floor of a doorman building, with three restrooms (one ADA accessible), and a water dispenser with cold and sparkling water. Our on-site staff are ready to help with anything you need. A: We have a Sonos sound system, with speakers all around the space. You can control all the music from an app on our phone and play from Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, etc. The acoustics in the atrium are amazing! Q: Can I bring food/beverages/alcohol? A: Yes! Bring whatever you like. We also have catering partners we can refer you to. Q: Can I decorate the space? A: Yes! You're free to decorate the space as you please. We ask that you return the space to the way it was before when your event finishes. We kindly prohibit the use of glitter and any other hard to clean decorations. Signs posted on building exterior and/or outside meeting rooms and in public areas must be professionally printed and freestanding or on an easel. Nothing may be nailed, pinned, taped, tacked, or applied with adhesive to any door, ceiling, or wall. We will pre-approve all signage and décor beforehand.

Note: Currently only accepting gatherings that max out at 25-30 people. Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. I bought the house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a HUGE patio GARDEN that's 720 sq. ft (accessible through the kitchen) with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8-10 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. There is a BBQ in the garden and an outside table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be loaned. There is also a brand new FIRE PIT table! The house has many different areas so perfect for breaking out in teams/groups. House has Wifi, central air and a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard. You can play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. Local street parking is usually easy to find. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups or meetings, as well as baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, pop up dinners or wine tastings and photo and film shoots. Set-up and break-down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR LOTS OF DANCING. Note: I'm currently not allowing guests to bring their own sound system/DJ; however the sound system for the house is excellent and it syncs so you can hear the music in the garden as well.

This gorgeous ground level 1700 sq feet space boasts soaring 24" ceilings, large open space, 2 additional private rooms and a kitchen. This "only in New York" kitchen studio was built out from a raw space in a converted warehouse near the revitalized waterfront in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood. It has the charm of an old factory--high ceilings, original exposed brick, thick wooden beams, wood floors, and an open layout. It has a well organized, flexible, and professionally stocked kitchen and the room can convert to an intimate dining space for up to 35 people. But the space is flexible, with movable and foldable tables, and may be used for a range of different projects and events. A wall of natural light makes it ideal for photo and video shoots. It's been used for everything from cocktail parties to team building retreats to art classes to pop up dinners.
