This beautiful space right in the heart of Forest Hills is easily access via the Subway to 71-Continental Avenue or LIRR from Penn Station to Forest Hills station (12 mins.). The space is great for any type of event i.e. Yoga Class, Art Exhibitions, Photo Shooting, Workshops or Small Gathering. The space comes with small pantry.

Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

The space has a 8ft mobile bar, 100 chiavari chairs, 10 60” round tables, 10 6ft rectangle tables, 10 cocktail tables, and 2 Mobile food stations 4 slots each with chafing dish.

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time.
