Please note the pricing you see on Splacer is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Splacer fees or our tiered pricing. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. We offer several studio options ranging from 700 to 3200 sf – each with independent character – to fit any size shoot and budget. The price listed is use of the entire space. Committed to offering opportunities to both the veteran and up and coming photographers and video productions. If you are new to studio work, we’re happy to go over the equipment and some lighting concepts with you. We’re a pro studio without the big attitude – whatever your needs, we will go the extra mile to make your shoot exceptional.

Our space is extremely functional and versatile. Our facility is located moments away from convenient transportation in the heart of Astoria and Long Island City. The facility features one large conference room, and is ideal for focus groups, corporate conferences or meetings. The room comfortably seats 18 people, and it includes high end audio visual equipment. Computer workstations may also be provided for trainings - however limited to 8 stations. The facility is on street level and is highly accessible. Ample street parking available. Events can range from workshops and classes to meetings and focus groups. Guests of the space will love its convenience to transportation and parking as well as the clean and artistic nature of the facility. Our staff are warm and receptive and scheduling is convenient

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot.

Our space is a gorgeous production studio based in the heart of Long Island City. We are one of the most accessible and affordable studios in all of New York City! We are steps away from the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge, across the street from a CitiBike station and only 5-10 minute walks from the 7, E, N, R, W, M & F train stations at Queensboro/Queens Plaza. With gorgeous daylight pouring into our 20 foot+ ceiling space, you will have the ultimate natural light photo shoots, video shoots or podcasting sessions. Come in the evening and you’ll enjoy a gorgeous sunset over the horizon of midtown Manhattan. This studio comes fully equipped with 9 foot seamless backdrops (black, white, green and other colors included), blackout curtains and a large 43-inch smart TV (equipped with Airplay or HDMi) for usage as a monitor or for standard television usage.
